First-Time Setup & Usage Guide
Get your treadmill ready safely before your first workout.

Proper Placement
Place your treadmill on a flat, solid, and level surface.

Safe Clearance
Ensure at least 3 feet of clear space behind the machine for safety.

Voltage Check
Always check your wall outlet voltage before plugging the machine in.

Secure Power
Use a high-quality direct wall socket or a certified extension cord.

Safety Key First
Clip the red bActive Safety Key to your clothing before starting.

Instant Stop
The machine will stop immediately if you lose balance or slip.

Start Slowly
Do not rush into high speeds on day one.

Initial Pace
Begin at a slow pace of 0.8 to 2.0 km/h to adapt.

Get Accustomed
Walk at a low speed to get used to the belt's movement.

Never Barefoot
Avoid using the treadmill barefoot, in socks, or in slippers.

Proper Footwear
Always wear athletic running shoes with a solid rubber grip.

Routine Maintenance Checklist
Simple habits that keep your machine running smoothly for years.

Motor Timing & Rest
Avoid continuous usage to protect the motor from overheating.
- DC Motor Models: Run for a maximum of 30 minutes continuously.
- AC Motor Models: Run for a maximum of 60 minutes continuously.
- Cool-down Break: Turn off and let the motor rest for 20–25 minutes after use.

Belt Lubrication (Crucial)
Apply 100% silicone treadmill oil every 30–40 hours of use.
- How to Apply: Lift both sides of the belt, apply 2–3 drops underneath on each side.
- Distribution: Run the treadmill empty at 2 km/h for 5 minutes to spread the oil evenly.

Dust & Clean
Wipe down the running belt weekly with a clean, dry cotton cloth.

Deep Cleaning
Every 3 months, unplug the machine, remove the motor cover, and dust it.

Belt Alignment
Use the provided Allen Key on the rear bolts if the belt shifts.

Centering the Belt
Adjust the bolts step-by-step until the running belt is perfectly centered.

Safety Precautions & Safety Rules

Safe Dismount
Never jump off the treadmill while the running belt is still moving.

Full Stop
Always reduce the speed to zero before stepping off the machine.

Liquid Hazards
Keep water bottles, sports drinks, and food items away from the console.

Protect Electronics
Moisture can permanently damage the display circuit and motor panel.

Emergency Shutdown
Turn off the main switch immediately if you smell any burning odors.

Abnormal Noises
Power down right away if you hear unusual grinding or squeaking sounds.
